We are pleased to announce the release of the world s first Mobile DJ and Emcee Templates application for your Apple device. The iDJTemplates application has been created for Mobile DJs and Emcees by Mobile DJs and Emcees to make our lives easier. As mobile entertainers, we understand the importance of a well formatted document and how often pre-planned introductions and formalities change the very last minute before your party. That is why we created IDJTemplates!! This mobile application will help you easily enter, modify , pre-plan or even send a template to your clients from your device ahead of time for them to fill out and email back to you. Our easy to use forms are broken down into 6 template categories with 3 different options of entering your information. In addition, we have added a plasma or projection screen ambient background section for you to use during your events, a DJ Resources section for you to easily contact the vendor of your choice for your DJ needs, A DJ Talk forum for DJs to blog about there favorite topics, an Events section to keep you in the loop of upcoming DJ, Music, Sound and Lighting Trade Shows / Conferences and lastly, a photo gallery where you can easily take pictures at your event, upload them to the app and project it on your screens.The Template categories included in the application are: 1.)Standard / General Event Templates 2.)Wedding Templates 3.)Mitzvah Templates 4.)Sweet 16 Templates 5.)Anniversary Templates 6.)Corporate Templates Below is a list of template options bundled into each category: Template # 1 Plug and Play. This template will allow you to enter your event information into the appropriate fields, take a screen shot of the page and you are all set to go. This templates format does not require Internet or Wifi access. NOTE: We recommend taking a screenshot of the screen in the portrait orientation to avoid losing any inputted data. To do this, hold down the round button on the center of the device & click the power button once to take a photo of the screen. Template #2 Plug, Play & Generate. This Templates format requires Internet or Wifi Access to fetch its data from our servers and populate a word document. This templates format has the capability to generate a Microsoft word document upon submission.As recommended in template #1, taking a screenshot of the screen in the portrait orientation will avoid losing any inputted data after submission. To do this, hold down the round button on the center of the device & click the power button once to take a photo of the screen. Open your photos page and access your completed template. Pinch and zoom as needed. You can email yourself a blank template by hitting the email blank template button on the top right hand side of the screen and work from your home or office. Template # 3 - Microsoft Word Template. This template has been well formatted and is fully customizable to meet your needs and expectations. Since this template is a word document, it cannot be modified from your device. Simply click on the envelope on the bottom right hand side of the screen to email yourself or your clients a blank copy of the word template to be filled out at anyones convenience. Save the template to your local drive and modify it from your computer when needed. 10 seamlessly looped Ambient Backgrounds for you to use during any event. Easily connect your device via Apples digital adapter or Apple TV ( Sold Separately by Apple). These ambient loops will enhance your presentation. Photo Uploader- Upload your events photos to the built in photo gallery and easily display your events photos from your device. Resources Section Including Vendor Contact Information and websites Event Section / Trade Shows- Create an event from your device, call the show or simply log into their website from this feature and many more
